Syncing the official registry

The catalog is not typed in by hand. A worker asks the official registry for the latest version of each server, one hundred at a time, and resumes from a cursor if a run stops. A second successful run uses updated_since so it does not rewrite unchanged rows.

GitHub search, npm, and PyPI fill in stars, READMEs, and download counts. The same server is recognized by registry name, repository URL, or package id, so a GitHub hit does not become a second listing.

Deleted registry records stay on the canonical URL for 30 days with a notice, then the URL returns 410. A merge sends the old slug to the surviving page with a 301.
