ETHORA_BASE_URL	No	Base host URL (e.g. https://api.chat.ethora.com). The server appends /v1 automatically. Use ETHORA_API_URL instead if you need a non-/v1 path.
ETHORA_APP_JWT	No	App JWT used for the user-auth bootstrap flow (login/register). Usually starts with 'JWT '. Optional; can also be set at runtime via the ethora-configure tool. Secret.
