Environment

Name	Required	Notes
CLUBHOUSE_AGENT_PRIVATE_KEY	No	Funded Base-mainnet key this server signs payments and identity challenges with. OPTIONAL: without it the server still runs and every read-only tool works (leaderboards, tournaments, open matches) — only taking a seat and moving needs it. It never leaves the process and is never logged. Fund it with what you are willing to lose at the table. Secret.
CLUBHOUSE_API_URL	No	Override the gateway base URL. Defaults to the public gateway; set it only to point at a self-hosted one.
