XERO_AUTHORIZATION_URL	No	Authorization endpoint the login flow opens. Change it only if Xero moves the endpoint.
XERO_BASE_URL	No	Base URL for the Xero API. Leave the prefilled default unless your account uses a different regional or self-hosted host.
XERO_CLIENT_ID	No	Client ID of your Xero app (developer.xero.com > My Apps). Set it with the client secret to run the OAuth2 flow; leave blank if you paste an access token instead. Secret.
XERO_CLIENT_SECRET	No	Client secret paired with XERO_CLIENT_ID. Secret.
XERO_OAUTH2	No	Optional. Sets XERO_OAUTH2 for the Xero MCP server. Secret.
XERO_TENANT_ID	Yes	The Xero organisation ('tenant') GUID sent as the Xero-Tenant-Id header. Every call requires it; `connections list` returns the tenants your token can reach.
XERO_TOKEN_URL	No	Token endpoint the client-credentials exchange posts to. Leave the prefilled default unless your tenant uses a different token endpoint.
XERO_NO_CONFIG_WRITE	No	Set to 1 to keep credentials off disk. The token cache becomes a no-op, so the connector mints a fresh token each run instead of writing one to config.toml. Leave blank for the default cached behaviour.
