JIRA_API_TOKEN	No	Jira Cloud API token, used with JIRA_USERNAME (basic auth) Secret.
JIRA_PAT	No	Jira personal access token for Data Center (aliases: JIRA_PERSONAL_TOKEN, JIRA_TOKEN). Ignored when JIRA_USERNAME and JIRA_API_TOKEN are both set. Secret.
CONFLUENCE_URL	No	Confluence instance URL (optional, for Confluence tools). Cloud URLs usually need the /wiki suffix.
CONFLUENCE_USERNAME	No	Confluence Cloud account email. With CONFLUENCE_API_TOKEN this takes precedence over any token below.
CONFLUENCE_API_TOKEN	No	Confluence Cloud API token, used with CONFLUENCE_USERNAME (basic auth) Secret.
CONFLUENCE_PAT	No	Confluence personal access token for Data Center (aliases: CONFLUENCE_PERSONAL_TOKEN, CONFLUENCE_TOKEN). Confluence tools also require the Team Calendars add-on. Secret.

ATLASSIAN_READ_ONLY	No	Alias for MCP_READ_ONLY. Any value other than false/0/no/off/empty locks the server read-only; --read-only can only raise the lock
ATLASSIAN_HTTP_BEARER_TOKEN	No	Bearer token (min 16 chars) required to bind an HTTP transport to a non-loopback host; clients send it as 'Authorization: Bearer <token>' Secret.
ATLASSIAN_UPLOAD_DIR	No	Upload root for jira_upload_attachment; only files under it may be uploaded. Default: the working directory.
ATLASSIAN_DOWNLOAD_DIR	No	Directory jira_download_attachment writes into; created on first download. Default: ./atlassian-downloads/.
